And boy are we happy to have it come to an end in order to start afresh in 2016! Happy Tuesday, Friends! Do y’all remember the Antique Sewing Machine that we recently REPAIRED and REFINISHED for our clients, the Rachal family a few short weeks ago? Well, here is another one that they own, that once belonged to Mrs. Rachal’s mother. Like the other one, it was also in need of repairs and a refinish. This sewing machine dates back to the EARLY 1900’s, and was originally owned by their sweet neighbor, who sadly passed away at the young age of 95! Hi Friends, and Happy Wednesday! Check out this FABULOUS Antique Dining Table that we just finished for the Tranchina family! This piece is over 100 years old, and was originally owned by Mr. Tranchina’s grandparents before it was passed down to him and his wife.  Before now, there had been a few attempts at refinishing it, but the laminate proved to be very difficult to remove. And  the sheer size of this piece was overwhelming (10 feet long). So, this beauty was never fully restored… UNTIL NOW!Continue reading
